Flowers were beautiful. However, I got a notification that flowers had been delivered when they had actually just been put on the truck… this led me to be concerned when the recipient had not actually gotten them, so I had to ruin the surprise and check in with them, only to find out that the notification did not mean they were actually delivered. Id change this notification to either say “out for delivery” or wait until actually delivered to not have confusion

Best SERVICE ever! I am an out of state nobody who needed a 'sympathy/funeral' arrangement for a close friend's Mother in Law. ELEMENTS went above and beyond any expectations to make sure I was happy and knew exactly when the arrangement would be delivered.Within hours I received a photo/message from my friend that her mother was so pleased and the arrangement was INCREDIBLE and looked like the photo that I chose on their website yet was better than the photo! Im sure the locals know but if you are from out of town you must use Elements. I never write reviews but Elements deserves this praise!
